In our fine 14k & 18k jewelry, we only use natural gemstones of premium quality. A large number of gemstones used are custom-cut, so they perfectly fit the jewelry designs that are magnificently unique. Because consistent color and quality are important, we are careful in making sure that these natural gemstones will be expertly chosen.
We guarantee that all metals are up to international standards and most items are marked according to the percentage of gold, silver, or platinum contained in a particular jewelry piece. Our guarantee extends to the Jody Coyote Earrings. Jody Coyote Earrings are fun fashion sterling silver and 14k gold filled earrings.
Special Request & Custom-Made-to-Order Options If you cannot find what you are looking for, you may send us your request and we will email or call you with availability and pricing. Rings can be created from either 18k white or 18k yellow gold. You may also choose to set your preferred ring design with custom ordered gemstones. You are not limited to the gem varieties that have been shown in our web site. Even though we have selected these stones based on suitability for designs and setting styles, you can request for a change in stone type. Please note, however, that this depends very much on the suitability to the designs as well as the availability of the stones. Contact Us for details.

Shipping Information: We ship via USPS, USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FEDEX FOR USA. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING VIA USPS Priority Mail, UPS OR FEDEX. NO SALES TAX OUTSIDE WI. Domestic orders INSURED PRIORITY MAIL, Fed Ex, or UPS. Internation Shipping: Any order being shipped to an International destination is subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country; charges for customs clearance are in addition to shipping charges and must be borne by you. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Contact us with any questions. Return Policy: If payment is made by wire transfer, "new and unused" can be returned for full refund, minus shipping, handling, and related charges during the 7-day inspection period. You MUST contact us prior to the return for a RA number (return authorization number) and mailing instructions. Custom pieces and re-sized items CANNOT be returned unless there is a defect in the product. We reserve the right to deny any & all returns if we feel the policy is being abused. Returns will be given as cash back or as merchandise credit. Special return policy regarding pearl jewelry: Pearls are unique as to color and nacre for each individual pearl. Do not expect pearls to match perfectly. Pearls cannot be returned because of nacre or color variations. These variations are what make pearls special and should be expected. Our pearls are professionally graded to GIA standards and are matched as closely as possible. Please note, pearls can only be returned for flaws in the settings. If no flaw is present in the setting, you will be not be refunded. A 50% restocking fee can be negoitated for pearl returns IF you obtain a return authorization number. Much of our Jewelry is Custom Made to Order. We are gold, pure silver, and sterling silver jewelers. Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery on custom itmes. Rush on custom pieces not possible. Please plan ahead for special occasions. We do offer free gift wrapping and we will enclose a card with your sentiments.
