Any order being shipped to an International destination is subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country; charges for customs clearance are in addition to shipping charges and must be borne by you. Return Policy:
If payment is made by wire transfer, "new and unused" can be returned for full refund, minus shipping, handling, and related charges during the 7-day inspection period. You MUST contact us prior to the return for a return authorization number and mailing instructions.
Custom pieces and sized items CANNOT be returned unless there is a defect in the product. We reserve the right to deny any & all returns if we feel the policy is being abused. Returns will be given as merchandise credit.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns except pearls.
Special return policy regarding pearl jewelry: Pearls are unique as to color and nacre for each individual pearl. Do not expect pearls to match perfectly. Pearls cannot be returned because of nacre or color variations. These variations are what make pearls special and should be expected. Our pearls are professionally graded to GIA standards and are matched as closely as possible. Please note, pearls can only be returned for flaws in the settings. If no flaw is present in the setting, you will be not be refunded. A 50% restocking fee can be negoitated for pearl returns IF you obtain a return authorization.
Much of our Jewelry is Custom Made to Order. Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery. Rush on custom pieces not possible. Please plan ahead for special occasions. We do offer free gift wrapping and we will enclose a card with your sentiments. Quintessential Bling Special Brand gift box and wrap is available for a small fee.
